Stalco is submitting a bid to the NYC DDC for the Astoria Branch Library Renovation project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes

This project shall be administered under a Project Labor Agreement and has a minority requirement of
4% Unspecified, 6% Black & 8% Hispanic

This Project consists of the gut renovation of the library interior. New construction includes the removal and replacement of the
mezzanine floor structure and a new vestibule with elevator access to a new bridge to the mezzanine. The existing gas service will be removed and all new electrical, plumbing, heating/air-conditioning systems will be installed. There is new landscaping and entry access. Existing windows will be replaced.
