Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for the Glenmoor Elementary School Modernization - Abatement project. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement of school buildings. Possible subcontract and supplier trades include: hazardous material hauling, bin rentals, PPE Supplies, and equipment rentals.

The District has a goal of 3% DVBE usage. REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit a proposal.

The project is subject to Project Stabilization Agreement and Prevailing Wages.

REI is a union company signatory to Local Laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
