Cafeteria Scope: Renovation of the cafeteria and food serving line building including serving line alterations at kitchen, replacement of finishes, mechanical and electrical improvements, accessibility improvements, etc.
Central Kitchen Scope: Alterations to the central kitchen building including replacement of the equipment, finishes, mechanical and electrical improvements, accessibility improvements, etc.

New as of 1/1/24: New California Air Resource Board or C.A.R.B. requirements apply to all subcontractors with equipment on-site. Current certificates of compliance from the Air Resource Board’s D.O.O.R.S. website and compliant equipment on-site will be required/collected/and monitored at all times by Alten on-site staff.

Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project, but you are required to include the cost for all required project insurance in your bid.
