KJL is bidding as a prime contractor on the Lock E-6, Guard Gate 1 & 2 â€" Waterford project to the NYS Canal Corporation on 04/30/25 at 4:00PM. KJL is actively seeking and encouraging Certified New York Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses as well as any other interested subcontractors and/or suppliers, to submit quotes on this project.
