NCE is interested in certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) to provide quality control of field studies or data analysis. The DBE must be a small business firm as defined pursuant to 13 CFR 121 and be currently certified through the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP).
For quality control, the DBE must have current certification from the StreetSaver® Rater Certification Program.
For data analysis roles, DBEs must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience using MTC’s StreetSaver® pavement management program. Responsibilities may include:
• Editing the StreetSaver® database to add, split, or modify street sections.
• Generating Needs Analysis reports
• Running multi-year budget scenarios
• Utilizing the GIS Toolbox for map-based analysis
• Familiar with the Reports/Graphs module for producing charts and reports.
