This is a single project consisting of three different neighborhoods. Each neighborhood shall be bid separately (ON the same bid form). We may choose to award a subcontractor one, two or all three, depending on the subcontractor's ability to perform the work.

This will be gutting out single family homes and Fourplexes. All interiors will be redone. Scopes include: Demolition, Abatement of asbestos, tree trimming, site concrete, Landscape repairs, asphalt paving, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, roofing, doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, solid surface countertops, painting, appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and solar.

This project consists of three neighborhoods, where units will be awarded in phases with all three projects starting about the same period of time.
Duration for the job is 510 Calendar days. Liquidated damages are $500.00 per each day until certificate of occupancy is issued.

All subcontractors must have at the time of bid a valid contractor's license and registered with the DIR with a valid number.
