Royal Electric is soliciting quotes from certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Material Supplier/Subcontractors for the following types of work including but not limited to: Horizontal Directional Drilling, Concrete, Conduit, Wire, Airfield Lighting, Surveying, Precast Boxes, Transformers and Switchboards.

Description of the Overall Project Scope:
Contractor to install an automated weather observation system (AWOS), Precision Approach Path
Indicator (PAPI) and Runway End Identifier Lights (REILs) and associated electrical conduit in accordance
with Federal Aviation Administration specifications. This Project is subject to prevailing wages and related requirements as a “public works” under California Labor Code Sections 1720 et seq. and related regulations.

A DBE contract goal of 11.2 percent has been established for this contract.
