SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from all certified MBE, WBE, SBE, DBE and DVBE Subcontractors, Vendors & Material Providers for the following items of work, including but not limited to; site grading and demolition, water main trenching, concrete foundation, rebar, well building, 1,000,000 and 250,000-gallon steel welded tanks, booster pump station improvements and modifications, electrical, 1-new well; drilling, pipe and appurtenances, 12" and 8" water main, fire hydrants, pipe, pressure reducing valve, aggregate materials, storm water prevention prepared plan and stormwater general permit, trucking, and trenching sheeting, shoring and bracing.
SnL is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage MBE, WBE, SBE, DBE and DVBE participation.
All MBE, WBE, SBE, DBE and DVBE certified subcontractors and material providers must complete include their certification along with Form 4500-3 on page C18-7 of the bid documents with their quotes.
Scope of work includes; constructing a new 1,00,000-Gallon and 250,000-Gallonn welded steel tank, booster pump station modifications, one well and well building, on pressure-reducing valve station; installing 12" water main, 8" water main and two fire hydrants; existing tank demolition; and miscellaneous improvements to complete.

Wage Requirements: This is a public works project, and the Contractor shall be required to comply fully with all Laws and Regulations of the State of California regarding Labor Standards and the payment of prevailing wages on Public Works. In addition, this project is funded by the State Revolving Fund (SRF) and US Department of Labor (Davis-Bacon) prevailing wage. In case of conflict between the Federal and State Wage rates, the higher rates must be paid. Bidders are responsible to inform themselves as to current and applicable wage rates, and as to any pending changes or adjustments of such rates.
Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote. Along with a copy of their City of Yreka Business license.
Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.
Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids. This project requires "Buy American Certification Form" for materials.
Under the MBE, WBE, SBE, DBE and DVBE Program, entities can no longer self-certify and contractors and sub-contractors must be certified at bid opening. Contractors, subcontractors and material provides must provide MBE, WBE, SBE, DBE and DVBE certification approved per the specifications of this project
