 Additional insured endorsements providing Ongoing and Completed Operations
 Primary and Non-Contributory endorsement required on General Liability
 Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation endorsements must be in favor of: Lamar University,
member of The Texas State University System, their agents, servants, employees, officers, heirs, assigns,
successors in interest & representatives in connection with the work
Coverage Period
 Commercial General Liability Insurance, Business Automobile Liability Insurance; will be kept in force
until receipt of Final Payment by the University to Contractor; and
 Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Employer’s Liability Insurance will be kept in force until the work
has been fully performed and accepted by the University in writing; If required, Errors and Omissions Insurance will be kept in force an additional two years after the work has
been fully performed and accepted by the University in writing.
