Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is requesting price per acre quotes from certified landscaping and maintenance companies for comprehensive roadway landscape maintenance and irrigation services at Orlando International Airport (MCO), in accordance with the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s specifications. This contract will cover designated roadway landscape areas at MCO.

Applicable landscape licenses Pesticide, Fertilizer applicator license

Certificate of Bondability at a minimum of $500,000.

Required Coverages:

Commercial General Liability
$1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage

Automobile Liability
$1,000,000 combined single limit per accident for all owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles used in the performance of services.

Workers’ Compensation in accordance with Florida statutory limits.

Employer’s Liability minimum limits:
$100,000 per accident
$100,000 per employee (disease)
$500,000 policy limit (disease)

Pollution/Environmental Liability
$1,000,000 per claim for bodily injury, property damage, cleanup, and restoration due to pollution or environmental incidents related to contracted services.
