Madera County is seeking to hire firms to provide Materials Testing services for the Road 427 Bridge at Oak Creek Project in Madera County, California.

This is a federally funded project, and the Department is subject to requirements of Chapter 9 of the
Caltrans LAPM for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises and must comply with 49 CFR. In conformance
with this requirement, the Department has established a DBE goal of 13.00% for these contracts.

Moore Twining is seeking to team with certified DBE firms to assist in providing Materials Testing services that include (but may not be limited to): Gamma Gamma Testing, Bearing Pad Testing, etc.
