Stalco is submitting a bid to DASNY for the City University of New York Bernard M. Baruch College Newman Vertical Campus One Stop Shop project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes

This project shall be administered under a Project Labor Agreement and has a minority requirement of MBE - 18%,
WBE - 12% and SDVOB - 6%

Baruch College plans to convert the existing 7,000 square foot Bookstore space on the ground floor of the Newman Vertical Campus Building into a new one-stop space to help students navigate different College departments, such as the Registrar and Bursar, without having to go directly to those college administrative offices. Initial program concepts from Baruch include: Reception Desk with 5 workstations Waiting Area for 21 students 2 Conference Rooms with seating for 6 people 6 private offices with room for consultations with students Copy/print area and private bathroom A vending machine area with 12 café tables showing 6 seats each High desk for computer work for students bringing their own computers Self service area with computer workstations intended for students without their own computer Soft seating Lounge area Retail area.
