We are seeking quotes from subcontractors and supplies for the Hazardous Building Materials Abatement Bracher Elementary School project, with a scope of work for asbestos and lead abatement of school buildings. Possible subcontractor and supplier trades include: hazardous material hauling, bin rentals, PPE suppliers, equipment rental.

The Project is subject to a Project Stabilization Agreement and Prevailing Wages.

REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers that may have a scope of work to submit a proposal.

REI is a union company signatory to Local Laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
