The City & County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission has selected Goodfellow Bros. California LLC as Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) for the West of Bayshore Improvements Project. It has been determined that all interested bidders must be prequalified with GBI to submit bids. This prequalification process is only for the trade package listed below. Project Overview: The West of Bayshore Improvements Project is situated on San Francisco International Airport (SFO) property, located west of U.S. Highway 101.

All work in this area is regulated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to protect local endangered & threatened species, including the San Francisco garter snake & the California red-legged frog.

Trade Package Title: Vegetation Clearing (Pre-Qualification Only)

Description of the Trade Package Scope of Work:
Vegetation clearing and providing site support services for the clearing operation such as water trucks and street sweepers.

Main Trade of the Trade Package: General Engineering Contractor
CMD LBE Participation Requirement: 100%

CMGC requirements or prequalification criteria:
All subcontractors must complete the pre-qualification questionnaire and provide the required documentation to pre-qualify. GBI intends to shortlist subcontractors who meet all mandatory prequalification requirements and achieve a minimum of 50% of the total possible evaluation points. Only subcontractors who have been pre-qualified will be permitted to submit a bid for the trade package. Most of the work will be performed in the work window from August 15th to October 15th. GBI reserves the right to reject any or all Prequalification Questionnaire responses and to waive non-material irregularities in any submission. Prequalified subcontractors must hold valid California licenses for the work they intend to perform.
