Pavement Coatings Co. is requesting quotes from all qualified Local City of San Leandro/Alameda County subcontractors and suppliers including certified firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to; Materials supply/delivery, Trucking, Traffic Control, Worksite Safety, Street Sweeping, Water Trucks, Tree Trimming, (Clearing and Grubbing), Distressed Pavement Repair (Dig Outs), Thermoplastic Traffic Striping, Pavement Markings and Markers Removal and Reinstallation, Adjust Sanitary Sewer or Storm Water Manhole Frame and Cover to Grade, Adjust Survey Monument or Sanitary Sewer Lamp hole Frame and Cover to Grade, Install Roadside Signs on new post, Adjust Water Valve Cover to Grade, Remove & Replace Traffic Loop Detectors, ETC… Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Pavement Coatings Co. will collaborate with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued

Pavement Coatings Co. is a Union signatory contractor and an equal opportunity employer. Local City of San Leandro/Alameda County subcontractors and suppliers should possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation, and verification that is attached with proposal. Bonds pertaining to performance or payment may be required.
