SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from all certified DVBE Subcontractors, Vendors & Material Providers for the following items of work, including but not limited to; site work, demolition, trenching, grading, super dumps; sewer, water and gas pipe and appurtenances; electrical and mechanical, fire sprinter systems, asphalt, paving, concrete and aggregate materials and more.

Scope of work includes: includes replacing underground sewer, storm drain, water, gas, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems, work to patch back sidewalks and paths of travel; also includes the demolition of the football field announcer’s booth, installation of a camera pole footing, and electrical infrastructure for six leased relocatable classrooms and an EV bus charger.

Subcontractors must be prequalified with the Williams Unified School District. Prequalification documents are available at www.williamsusd.net

SnL is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage DVBE participation.

Under the DVBE Program, entities can no longer self-certify and contractors and sub-contractors must be certified at bid opening. Contractors and subcontractors must provide DVBE certification approved per the specifications of this project.

Wage Requirements: This is a public works project, and the Contractor shall be required to comply fully with all Laws and Regulations of the State of California regarding Labor Standards and the payment of prevailing wages. Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
