Atlas Technical Consultants (CA), Inc. is seeking qualified DBE subconsultants to provide On-Call Hazardous Material Survey Testing and Reports Services (Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, and Tulare Counties) (Work Category Codes C8713, C8792, C8793, C8795, C8853, C9869 and C8851) in Central California, particularly District 6.

Specifically, we are seeking qualified personnel who have the following certifications:
- Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) or an Assistant Technician working under the direction of a CAC with the Department of Industrial Relations Division of Occupational Safety and Health, working under the direction of a CAC to perform asbestos survey sample collection and inspection services.
- Certified Lead-Related Construction Inspector/Assessor with the California Department of Public Heath to perform lead paint and ceramic tile inspection and x-ray fluorescence (XRF) testing work.

Firms must meet personnel qualifications/requirements as stated in Caltrans IFB #06A3183
