Project Details

Work includes the following: demolition and replacement of motors, valves, instruments, controls, and other appurtenances associated with the cryogenic oxygen production facility at EBMUD MWWTP. Existing pneumatic controls will be replaced with new electronic instruments and controls. The work also includes re-coating of existing steel cold boxes, new controls, integration of controls into the MWWTP's distributed control system (DCS), fire protection, fall protection, seismic retrofit of panels, and all materials, equipment, services, and construction inherent to the Work.

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers: Selective Site Demolition, Lead Hazard Control Activities, Rebar, Metal Fabrications, Loose Fill Insulation, Painting & Industrial Coatings, Dry Pipe Sprinkler Systems, Air Compressor Motor Replacement, Electrical Work, Piping and Valves, Cryogenic Piping and Valves, Fire Alarm Systems.

100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Insurance will be required.
