Stalco is submitting a bid to the NYC DDC for the East 3rd Street Women's Shelter Building Upgrade project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes

This project shall be administered under a Project Labor Agreement and has a minority requirement of 5% Unspecified, 7% Black & 7% Hispanic

This Project consists of the renovation of the first floor to provide a new building entrance, entrance façade, vestibule, lobby, stair, and ADA compliant ramp. First floor program will be reorganized for proper adjacencies and room sizes, and an effective entrance security sequence. The vacant oil tank room and other underutilized spaces will be renovated to receive relocated cellar equipment. At the cellar, fire separation will be provided between remaining equipment rooms to make them code compliant. CB: Manhattan 3
