C2PM is actively assembling a highly qualified team in response to the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works' RFP No. BRC0000576 for On-Call Project Management/Construction Management and Related Services. We are inviting qualified and certified Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBE), Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), and other Community Business Enterprises (CBE) to submit qualifications for potential subcontracting opportunities.

Targeted Disciplines Include (but are not limited to):
• Project and Construction Management
• Cost Estimating and Value Engineering
• Scheduling and Schedule Review (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• QA/QC and Document Control
• Environmental Services (CEQA, NEPA, Permitting)
• Labor Compliance & PLA Monitoring
• Public Outreach and Stakeholder Coordination
• Surveying and Right-of-Way Support
• Utility and Real Estate Coordination
• Commissioning and Constructability Review
• BIM/CAD
• Historic Preservation/Assessment
• Administrative and Technical Support Services

To Be Considered, Please Submit the Following by June 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM:
1. Letter of Interest specifying your firm's areas of expertise
2. Statement of Qualifications outlining relevant experience
3. Up to two resumes per discipline that demonstrate compliance with RFP-required qualifications
4. Proof of current certification(s): LSBE, MBE, WBE, DVBE, and/or CBE (as applicable)
