Stalco is submitting a bid to the Suffolk County Department of Public Works for the Construction of New Pavilion at Cupsogue County Park project and are seeking qualified NYS Certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes

This project shall be administered under an Apprenticeship, PLA requirement and a minority requirement of 7% MBE & 5% WBE.

Work to include:
Construction of New Pavilion at Cupsogue County Park. Contract No. 1 - General Construction. Provide a new +/-3,000SF single story wood framed structure on piles and new +/-2,900SF wood frame deck on piles, known as, Cupsogue Pavilion. The project will contain a Commercial Kitchen, Gift Shop, Men's and Women's Toilet Rooms, Family/Accessible Toilet Rooms. There will also be two wood frame and composite decks, one for public seating, and one for vendor seating with bar service. The project shall be inclusive of all new construction not limited to: Site-work, general construction, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical and Plumbing systems. The scope of work does not include kitchen equipment and movable furniture. Add Alternate No. GC-1: All work associated with the installation of the Fire Suppression System. Deduct Alternate No. GC-2: All work associated with substituting Engineered Wood Siding (LP Smart Side, Cedar Texture lap Siding, Desert Stone or approved equal) for any area indicated as Fiber Cement Siding (James Hardie, Hardie Plank Lap or approved equal). Add Alternate No. GC-3: Demolish and replace all existing receptacles, outlet boxes, light fixtures, conductors, conduit, and associated components and equipment located at the upper deck. Replace and install new as shown and run circuits as specified. Demolish existing receptacles, outlet boxes, conductors, and associated components located at the lower deck. Replace and install new as shown and run circuits as specified. Add Alternate No. GC-4: Demolish direct buried conductors and pull box. Conductors and pull box were associated with temporary exterior lighting circuits. Disconnect existing circuit to the I/A system and demolish conductors and conduit back to panel SC-PP-4. Run new circuit to the I/A system from panel SCMDP as specified. Add Alternate No. GC-5: Install (2) new wood poles such that the top of pole allows the light fixture to be mounted 15' above the deck. Direct light to illuminate the walkway and deck. Run new circuit to the light poles from the time clock tied to panel SCMDP. Add Alternate No. GC-6: Install step lighting where specified. Run new circuit from the time clock tied to panel SCMDP. Add Alternate No. GC-7: Install strip lighting where specified beneath handrails. Run new circuit from the time clock tied to panel SCMDP.
