The work involves the seismic retrofit of the Terminal Reservoir consisting of the removal of the existing steel roof framing, steel roofing panels and steel columns and construction of a new reinforced concrete slab, roof deck and concrete columns, strengthening of the exterior walls and wall footings and improvements to the inlet/outlet and overflow piping. Work includes demolition, reinforced concrete installation, construction of piping and appurtenant improvements.
