Payment and performance bonds may be required. Contact Walsh for any assistance needed for this solicitation including bonding, insurance, equipment, materials, and/or supplies. Quotes must be valid for the same time frame specified by the owner for the contract award. Conditions or exceptions in subcontractor's quotes are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. Subcontractor scope including any conditions or exceptions is required 24 hours prior to bid deadline to allow proper evaluation.
