We are seeking landscape maintenance quotes for UTMB's 85-acre campus and remote properties. The general scope of landscaping includes in and around planted areas, parking lots, buildings, outside fencing to curbs, and surrounding roadways of the entire area to property lines and curbs. High-profile areas may require special services and/or more than one visit per week to meet the appearance requirements. Irrigaiton monitoring is also part of the scope of work.

The HUB participation goal for this project is 26% of the total contract value.

Technical Requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Providing a copy of your firm's audited financial statements for the past (2) years if requested by UTMB.
- If selected by UTMB, the Respondent will maintain any insurance coverage as required by the Agreement during the term
thereof.
