Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the project, Chaffey High School Industrial Arts Building (Demolition & Grading). This is a multi-prime bid and REI will be bidding on BC01 - Abatement, Building Interior/Structure & Site Demolition. The general scope is abatement, interior demo, and site demo. Possible subcontracting trades include MEP, SWPPPS/Erosion control. Resource is also looking for suppliers for construction materials and hazardous abatement supplies, trucking, temp fencing, hazardous waste hauling, and portable restrooms.

REI encourages all DVBE subcontractor and/or supplier to submit a quote.

REI is union company signatory to Local Laborers 300. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
