San Juan Water District (District) is seeking scope and fee proposals from qualified and certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms to provide Labor Compliance Services for the Kokila Reservoir Replacement Project. The selected firm will be responsible to provide labor compliance services during construction of the Project. The selected firm will provide complete wage compliance ("Davis-Bacon") services, including all requirements of the applicable funding agencies, perform on-site visits and worker interviews, post federal and/or state wage determinations, review payroll records and additional prevailing wage documentation, provide written notification of deficiencies and verification of restitution, prepare quarterly/bi-annual/annual reports as necessary, and participate in funding agency auditing process.
