Project Description:
The project generally consists of the Rehabilitation of the Middlesex County Utilities Authority Dewatering Facility including replacement of the metal roof and wall panels, girts and purlins; installation and removal of temporary personnel facilities and reconstruction of interior facilities and personnel facilities including locker rooms, break room, control room, offices; replacement of process equipment including belt filter presses, sludge and polymer feed polymer pumps, dewatered sludge cake pumps, process piping, polymer preparation systems, access platforms, electrical systems, HVAC and plumbing systems; inspection and certification of overhead hoists; site and utility improvements including natural gas service, underground piping, curb and parking lot improvements; architectural improvements.
