Stalco is submitting a bid to SUNY College Of Optometry - 8th Floor Lens Lab project and are seeking qualified NYS Certified M/WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

MBE Goal: 11%; WBE Goal: 19%; SDVOB Goal: 6%

Project Consists of the Converting Two Existing Rooms (Room #818 and Room #819) into a New Lens Lab and a Small Office Space. Current Room is approximately 150 SF Each. The College Needs to Combine these Two Rooms together and become a New Lens Lab (approximately 300 SF in Total). Project Includes the following: Demolition of the Interior Partition Wall between Room #818 and Room #819, Existing Ceiling Tiles, Lighting Fixtures, Diffusers, Return Grilles, Flooring, Closet, Door & Frame, Existing Plumbing Fixtures and associated Piping; Construction of New Door Openings, Install Two New Door Frames and Hollow Metal Doors with Hardware; Reinstall New Insulated Partition Walls; Installation of a New Ceiling, Lighting, Diffusers, Return Grilles, Epoxy Countertop, Sink, Sprayer, Cabinetry and more; Installation of a New Duct and make sure able to Connect to Existing Ductwork; Removal or Relocate Existing Sprinklers and Fire Alarm; Re-Level the Flooring and Install New VCT Tiles; Patching and Painting the entire space; Install Eleven New Quad Outlets including Three with GFCI-Rated and Connect to the nearest Electrical Panel; Install Three New Data Outlets with Four CAT6 Cables each. All Cables are required to Route to LAN Closet, Terminate, Test and Provide Test Report; Re-Support Existing Radiator Cover. Patching and Painting Surrounding Wall; Provide and Install New Window Blinds.
