Construction Area Signs, Crack Seal, Noise Monitoring, Remove Concrete, Drainage, Clear & Grub, Curb and Gutter, Stamped Concrete, Vegetation Control, Adjust Manholes/Valves, Roadway Excavation, Roadside Clearing, Landscape, Irrigation Systems, Erosion Control, Class 3 Agg Base, LCB Rapid Setting, Crack Treatment, Cold Plance AC, Replace AC Surfacing, HMA/RHMA, AC Dike, JPCP RS, ISR RS, Structural Concrete, Minor Concrete, Pre/Post Construction Surveys, Misc. Iron & Steel, Roadside Signs, Remove/Install Guardrail, Roadside Signs, Striping, Treated Wood Waste, Traffic Control, Trucking
Chumo will work with interested subcontractors/suppliers to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages

Chumo Construction Inc. (Chumo) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Chumo will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, DIR Registration Number, insurance, and worker's compensation coverage meeting Chumo's requirements and/or the owner's requirements and will be required to sign the standard AGC Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator. Chumo requires the subcontractors and suppliers price quotes be provided at a reasonable time prior to the bid deadline to enable a complete evaluation.
