Plans and specifications are available for viewing in our office or online. Subcontractor may be required to supply performance/payment bonds and obtain insurance meeting the requirements of the owner as stated in the bid documents. Assistance to reach these requirements may be provided. This is a prevailing wage project. We are seeking qualified licensed and experienced subcontractors/suppliers. All subcontractors on public projects must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and renew before June 30 each year.
