Tracy Apartments Phase 1 is a new construction, affordable housing project. The development consists of a three-story, 55-unit apartment complex totaling approximately 28,360 SF.

We are seeking quotes from certified Section 3, MBE, WBE, and DVBE Subcontractors or Suppliers for Erosion Control, Final Clean, Survey, Demolition, Caulking and Sealants, Concrete, Structural CMU, Steel, Framing, Siding, Cabinets, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Doors, Overhead Doors, Glazing, Drywall, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Accessories, Countertops, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Grading, Paving, Fences and Gates, Landscape, and Underground Utilities.

The Section 3 total participation requirement for the project is 25% (labor hours).
