Trades Needed: Including but not limited to concrete, demolition, grading, paving, erosion control, utilities, sealing and striping, fencing, landscaping, retaining walls, structural steel, framing, trusses, insulation, roofing, doors, windows, stucco, scaffolding, drywall, ceiling, carpet, painting, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, carport, signage.

Bids Due: September 5, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. to bidroom@midstateconstruction.com

This project will be subject to state and federal prevailing wage. WBE/MBE/Section 3 are encouraged to bid. (25%) of the total hours worked by Section 3 and (5%) of total hours worked by Targeted Section 3 workers.
