MNS is looking for DBE-certified firms to join our pursuit and provide support for right-of-way coordination.

The City is requesting design services for the City Center Boulevards Project which will include complete street elements with improved pedestrian and bicycle facilities, transit stops, and design options for an eventual center running, dedicated transit lane on Foothill Boulevard.

The goal of the Project is to create a City Center along these two major corridors that transforms the area and aligns with the goals of the City's General Plan (PlanRC) by creating multiway boulevards. The multiway boulevards will accommodate on-street parking, while providing access to key work, retail, and recreation designations along the corridor.
