This project is an OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The project is located in Brooklyn & Queens, NY.

The work of this contract includes the design and construction of ADA upgrades to include (7) new elevators at the three (3) stations (Briarwood Station, Parsons Blvd Station, and Gates Ave Station). The work also includes station renewal, station components, and state of good repair work.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:

CPM scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply and installation, furnish and install structural steel, furnish & install miscellaneous metals, trucking services, wall tiling, painting, plumbing, and mechanical.
