Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking Community Business Enterprises (CBE) for the Former High Desert Hospital Site Demolition Project. CBE's are defined as Minority/Women/Disadvantaged/Disabled Veteran/ Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questions owned Business Enterprises (M/W/D/DVBE/LGBTQQ).

This bid is also subject to the Community Workforce Agreement (CWA).

The general scope of work for this project includes the full demolition of the main hospital, 18 auxiliary buildings, and 2 trailers. Possible subcontracting trades include permanent chain link fence, utility capping, hydroseeding, jobs coordinator, and SWPPP/QSP/QSD.

REI is a union company signatory to Local Laborers 300. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
