This project includes the construction of all improvements necessary to construct the proposed siding extension approximately 5,800 feet from MP QVK 6.1 to MP QVK 7.86. The work items for this project include but, are not limited to the following items:

A. Erosion Control
B. Site Preparation/Clearing/Grubbing/Seeding
D. Earthwork, Concrete Block Wall, Roadbed, Track Construction, and Assist CSX Forces
