The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with qualified firm(s) to provide individualized case management services for Alternatives to Incarceration which will include programs for Mental Health Alternative to Incarceration (MHATI), Veterans Alternative to Incarceration (VATI), and Drug Treatment Alternative to Prison (DTAP), coordination of the Re-Entry program and the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Alternative to Incarceration (IDDATI) program. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to multiple contractors to provide services required for each program.
