Provide new electrical services, utility mains, and auxiliary systems to upgrade the existing electrical infrastructure. The scope includes trenching, construction of new electrical duct banks, construction of a new switchgear building, and all associated electrical work.
Specific work items include demolition, excavation, concrete, rebar, block and brick, steel, miscellaneous metals, waterproofing, slate roofing, doors, windows, drywall and carpentry, painting, plumbing, communications, security, landscaping, fencing, paving, pavement markings, utilities
