Stalco is submitting a bid to the Suffolk County Department of Public Works for the Interior Alteration to the Old Home Infirmary - Painting Upgrade Building No. C0014 project and are seeking qualified NYS Certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes

This project shall be administered under an Apprenticeship requirement and a minority requirement of 7% MBE & 5% WBE.

The work includes:
1. Repainting all walls, door frames, and other interior doors as identified per the plans.
2. Repair area of damage of walls, ceilings as per plans.
3. Patch and repair any damage to existing partitions.
4. The Contractor shall provide all labor to move the existing furniture, workstations, file cabinets to
allow the partitions to be completely painted.
5. The work will be conducted in phases
