CT&T Concrete Paving, Inc. is seeking quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including certified DBE SBE & MBE firms. All bid items are open for bid, including items of work typically performed by CT&T Concrete Paving, Inc. Portions of work for the project include but are not limited to the following items of work:

Mobilization/Demobilization (including preliminary construction schedule, bonds, insurance, permits and shall not exceed 5% of the project total cost), Traffic Control, SWPPP, Construction Surveying, Clearing and Grubbing, Unclassified Excavation (Final Quantity), Utility Coordination, 6” PCC Type “A” Curb and Gutter per City of Banning Std. No. C-200, Construct PCC Cross Gutter and Spandrel per City of Banning Std. No. C-211, Construct PCC ADA Access Ramp Type I per City of Banning Std. No. C-214, Construct PCC ADA Access Ramp Type II per City of Banning Std. No. C-215, Construct PCC Driveway Approach per City of Banning Std. No. C-208, Construct 4” PCC Sidewalk per City of Banning Std. No. C-213 , Asphalt Concrete Paving. Match Existing Section, Aggregate Base. Match Existing Section, Construct Trench Drain per Detail “B” on Sheet 2, Construct Sidewalk Underdrain, Replace Existing 2’X4’ Curb Inlet Grate , Relocate/Adjust to Grade Existing Utility Box, Install Traffic Signage, Install Traffic Striping and Pavement Markings, Install Carmanah R920-E Solar Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon Assembly (or Approved Equal)., Install Type 1-A Standard Pole with Foundation, Install Street Light Pole with Foundation

Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. CT&T Concrete Paving, Inc. will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages to encourage the participation of DBE SBE & MBE contractors/vendors.
