Project Description:
The work may include, but not be limited to, soil erosion and sediment control, demolition, excavation, grading, installation of concrete foundations, installation of conduit, installation of grounding, placement of crushed stone, NYSDOT Item 4, select backfill or asphalt, construction of timber pads, installation of steel plates, and general repairs. Such requirements would be requested by O&R on an "as needed" basis.

Orange and Rockland Utilities' substations are located in Orange, and Rockland counties in New York State and Bergen, and Passaic Counties in New Jersey. There are approximately 82 transmission, distribution and switching substations with operating voltages of 34.5kV, 69kV, 138kV and 345kV. The contractor will be required to work in all areas of the service territory.

The term of this blanket will be from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030.
