Project Details

We are seeking quotes for Selective Demo, Concrete, Metals, Wood, Plastics & Composites, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Openings, Finishes, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Electronic Safety & Security, Earthwork, Exterior Improvements, Site Utilities.

Work consists of construction of two new 130'x60' classroom buildings P and Q housing eight 30'x45' classroom units, accessory spaces and cover areas, new parking area, student drop off and pickup area.

All MEP Contractors must be prequalified with the Eureka City Schools District.

Must supply insurance that is acceptable by Pierson Company standards and requirements.

Must be current with CSLB and DIR.
