Calmex Engineering is seeking quotes from qualified DVBE subcontractors for the following items of work: pedestrian indication equipment for safety enhancement, Consists in general of constructing concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks, ADA pedestrian ramps and upgrading the existing pedestrian push buttons and pedestrian signal head. The project will also include, but not limited to striping, new continental sidewalks and installation of new visual and auditory TRAFFIC CONTROL, SWPPP, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, EROSION CONTROL, MATERIALS, RENTALS, EQUIPMENT & TRUCKING.


Calmex Engineering is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers. A performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Calmex intends to negotiate with all qualified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for project participation. Assistance is available for any Bonding, Line of Credit, Insurance, Equipment, Supplies, Materials and technical assistance or information related to the plans and specifications that are requirement for the work.Plans and specifications are available for review at our office 2750 Lilac Ave, Bloomington, CA 92316 or on the County of San Diego Website- https://sdbuynet.sandiegocounty.gov/page.aspx/en/bpm/process_manage_extranet/12964
