Cannon is seeking qualifications from Caltrans-certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms to provide the following services:

Labor Compliance (including DBE and EEO compliance per the Local Assistance Procedure Manual LAPM and the DIR)

Archaeological Services

Environmental Monitoring and Compliance (including Project Specifications, Environmental Commitment Record (ECR), and the regulatory permits)

Cultural Resource Monitoring and Reporting

Material Sampling, Testing, and Documentation

Interested parties should respond by Thursday, October 9th, 2025, with a letter of interest, copy of their CUCP Caltrans certification, brief firm profile, and resumes (limited to 5-pages).
