Scope:
The project consists of a four-story residential apartment containing 117 units of affordable units.

All certified firms must submit a copy of their current certification(s) with their bid.

This project is subject to applicable prevailing wage requirements (e.g., Davis-Bacon, State of California, or local regulations).
