We are seeking quotes from certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Sedco Hills Septic to Sewer Conversion - Package 1 project in the City of Wildomar, CA for the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD).

Work includes construction of approximately 10,860 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer main, manholes, sewer laterals and cleanouts, septic tank abandonment, grinder pump systems with electrical upgrades, and surface restoration.

We are seeking quotes for the following trades:
Sewer pipe and lateral installation (NAICS 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction), manholes (237110), septic tank/seepage pit abandonment (562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services), SWPPP/BMPs (541620 - Environmental Consulting Services), survey (541370 - Surveying and Mapping Services), AC paving (237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction), concrete flatwork (238110 - Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors), landscape/irrigation repair (561730 - Landscaping Services), electrical work (grinder pumps/panels/conduit/controls) (238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors), and trucking/hauling (484220 - Specialized Freight Trucking, Local).

All subcontractors must be properly licensed and registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and carry the required insurance. Prevailing wage laws apply. Certified payroll and BABA/AIS compliance will be enforced.
