Garney is currently pursuing the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Services for the Mocho PFAS Treatment Plant. We are seeking subcontractors and subconsultants to assist in the Preconstruction Phase Services portion of the project to include scopes such as geotechnical survey, land surveying, condition assessment, and landscape architectural design.”
