Stalco is submitting a bid to the Suffolk County Department of Public Works for the Autopsy Suite Renovations at Medical Examiner's Building project and are seeking qualified NYS Certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes

This project shall be administered under an Apprenticeship requirement and a minority requirement of 7% MBE & 5% WBE.

Scope of work includes the following items:
Contractor shall disconnect utilities (located in the basement) serving the AT-1. Contractor shall erect a temporary wall in general autopsy room 122 separating AT-1 from rest of the space. Disconnect and remove AT-1. Demolish flooring in Phase I construction area. Install new AT-1 in Phase I construction area. Reconfigure and connect new utilities in basement to AT-1. Install new epoxy resin flooring in Phase I construction area. After curing and inspection, turn Phase I construction area back over to the County. Contractor shall disconnect utilities (located in the basement) serving the AT-2. Contractor shall erect a temporary wall in general autopsy room 122 separating AT-2 from rest of the space. Disconnect and remove AT-2. Demolish flooring in Phase II construction area. Install new at-2 in Phase II construction area. Reconfigure and connect new utilities in basement to AT-2. Install new epoxy resin flooring in Phase II construction area. After curing and inspection, turn Phase II construction area back to the County. Contractor shall disconnect utilities (located in the basement) serving the AT-3. Contractor shall erect a temporary wall in general autopsy room 122 separating AT-3 from rest of the space. Disconnect and remove AT-3. Demolish flooring in Phase III construction area. Install new AT-3 in Phase III construction area. Reconfigure and connect new utilities in basement to AT-3. Install new epoxy resin flooring in Phase III construction area.
