We are soliciting quotes for the following trades and/or supplies: Electrical, Metal erection building and concrete.
The Project includes construction of a new prefabricated training tower on a concrete foundation with electrical services. Work includes but is not necessarily limited to construction of a concrete foundation, erection of a prefabricated building (County provided FOB to the site) and electrical panel, lighting and outlets as shown in the drawings.

All Subcontractors should be prepared to provide a 100% performance & payment bond from an approved single, US Treasury-listed Surety company, subject to Aztec's approval. Aztec will reimburse Subcontractors for bond premium rates up to 1.75%.
The decision to bond any subcontractor is at the sole discretion of Aztec Consultants. Subcontractors awarded any modifications. Please contact Aztec for insurance requirements or any other assistance before submitting bids.
