Hydro Resources - Mid Continent, Inc. is soliciting bids from certified DBE, WBE, and MBE Subcontractors for the following project:
City of Erick /Erick Public Works Authority
Water System Improvements - Proposed Water Wells No. 12 and No. 13
Bid Date: November 11, 2025 by 12:00 PM
Scopes of work and materials include but are not limited to: Welding, electrical system improvements, well disinfection, bacterial, chemical and radiological testing, furnishing and
construction of a pre-manufactured FRP frame well house complete in place, including concrete
foundation, extend power from to the wells, including pull boxes, conduit, excavation and any other portion as described in the specifications.
The Oklahoma Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) receives federal funds from the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to provide low-interest rate loans to finance water infrastructure projects. As a condition of federal awards, EPA regulations require that loan recipients and sub-recipients (i.e., prime contractors and subcontractors) make a good-faith effort to award a fair share of work to DBE's who are minority business enterprises (MBE's) and women's business enterprises (WBE's). DBE requirements can be found in 40 CFR Part 33.
